Eden-Rae is a UK born singer/songwriter and composer of uplifting pop future sound.

In her earlier years she enjoyed writing poetry however at age 16 it morphed into song-writing and stuck. She started to realise her love for singing around age 12 when she auditioned for ‘Joseph: King Of Dreams’ involving a singing lead. Her confidence was built through singing in church and school talent shows.

She’s sang with multiple bands from a young age and is used to performing in front of crowds of many sizes. In 2014 she turned down the position of lead singer for a cruise ship function band, as her passion has always been to write and perform her own songs. She did not want to accept anything that might compromise or squash the love of her art. In order to invest in her craft she chose to work part-time from that point on wards so as to invest adequate time into her development.

Although she is a top 40 listener she is also very eclectic in her musical tastes and draws influence from it all. Her style though mainly pop, gives a slight nod to other genre influences. Resulting in a pop twist/future sound.

She has been underground song writing for a few years now and self-released her debut 4 track EP: ‘Home Grown’ in August 2018. For this project she joined forces with Paul Worthington (a producer from Broad Water Studios) who she went on to co-produce the EP with. ‘The tracks were all written within the same season and offer a fresh look on life, priorities and pushing through hardships’ says Eden-Rae.

Her strong integrity and resolve is to write uplifting, wholesome lyrics and themes, producing songs which transport the listener into a better place after engaging with her content. With a passion to combine lyrics of positivity and hope with an advanced musical sound, Eden-Rae is forever journaling and practicing her craft of song writing with the aim of bringing out more music in time.

Times are changing and her dream is to hear more songs with healthy upbeat lyrics in the mainstream. Also to see more singers released to ditch the hobby and have successful careers in music instead.
